Current- Provide in-depth guidance on core breathing exercises, focusing on the activation of pelvic floor muscles through kegel techniques to facilitate effective pelvic floor rehabilitation- Guided clients in a holistic approach with diaphragmatic breathing to activate the parasympathetic response, promoting relaxation, optimal respiratory function, and pelvic floor health.- Document client symptoms and progress at each appointment-Operate non-invasive electromagnetic energy with the BTL Emsella chair to rehabilitate weak pelvic floor muscles and enhance treatment efficacy while ensuring client safety- Provide personalized care to support and advance client health and wellness objectives- Educated clients on adhering consistently to their physiotherapist’s recommendations and exercise regimens
