My move to London, joining the team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets 🛒Initially, I was part of a small team of marketers & data analysts tasked with stretching the spend of 12m regular shoppers💰It was all about personalised offers and coupons, coupons, coupons - in-store, to inboxes and through letterboxes. Later, I joined a digital transformation project to trial a digital-first new Nectar loyalty scheme with no more plastic card or paper 📲 - Worked for the Director of Innovation & agile working side-by-side with developers & engineers- 2x regional trials then full-scale launch nationwide- Worked with top UK agencies Wieden & Kennedy, Design Studio & PHD 🎨📺

What started as a short-term placement to help our key client, turned into a full-time gig and switching to client side.- Mentored by the CFO- Responsible for retaining 1.9 million customers through onboarding & loyalty campaigns- Boosted retention rates with upgraded personalisation - Helped recruit & organise the bank's first marketing grad program, bringing in talented new recruits.

Account Executive in Scotland's leading advertising agency group 🎨📈 My journey began as a summer intern, I continued part-time whilst studying and joined full-time post-graduation gaining valuable experience working on key accounts like Sainsbury's Bank and the Scottish Government.
