I’m Mackenzie Jackson, better known as MackJack, and I’m the CEO and co-founder of Alliance Studios. With a background in education, design, and gaming, I have been a pivotal figure in the Fortnite Creative community. My journey began as a passionate gamer, which led to my creation of the first external branded experience within Fortnite Creative for 100 Thieves in 2019.In 2019, I co-founded Alliance Studios with Simon Bell, growing our team to 14 and collaborating with clients, including McDonald’s, Prime Hydration, Mastercard, and Coachella Island. I am dedicated to fostering a creative space that supports diversity in gaming and provides opportunities for developers and creators. My leadership has solidified Alliance Studios as a leading name in the Fortnite UEFN space, known for delivering engaging and innovative branded experiences.I have spoken at major industry events, including SXSW 2023, UnrealFest 2023, and GDC 2024, sharing my insights on brand presence in the metaverse, gaming and music collaboration, and the challenges faced in the industry. I also participated in Epic Games' mentorship program, Epicenter, helping mentor creators in developing music experiences and professionalism with commercial clients.
