This is the largest AX instance in the southern hemisphere, which involves more than 2000 active users from six countries in different time zones. Unprecedented scale makes it extremely challenging technically and operationally. That was an excellent opportunity to investigate the system performance at ultimate load levels. At the same time multiple parties’ environment motivated me to develop rigorous approach to debugging of both configuration and source code.
