• Analyzing the data given by the Training Centers (of 6 District).• Preparing reports from RSLDC online software program.• Analysis of RSLDC data and creating presentation.• Taking care of placements of trainees.• Watching the progress of centers and trainees.

• Managing all activities as per RSLDC guideline.• To train candidates for IT, and develop their soft skills.• To plan the daily community mobilization drive (CMD).• Submit timely reports, & Participate in training meeting/seminar.• Counseling of student to enroll for training and job placements.• Finding out the recruitment agencies for placements.
