Upon transition to Mack's leadership, this office turned around a 1st-year profit of $6.3M against $28M in revenue (profit increase: 592%, revenue increase: 65%) through organic growth. The 2nd year saw revenues climb organically to $44M with a $14.3M profit, for a 2-year increase of 159% in revenue and a staggering 1,456% increase in profit. By the end of 2010, profit in Mack's division had grown to $17.9M against $61M in revenue, and finished a 2nd year as the company's largest worldwide office in revenue, still ranking 3rd in headcount. All growth during this period was achieved organically. Mack was then promoted to General Manager in January 2011, followed by a promotion to Managing Director in February 2012. As the top executive in Houston for over 5 years, voluntary staff attrition under Mack's leadership averaged less than 4% a year.Previous to OpenLink, Mack directed the North American professional services department for the energy division of a venture-funded software company.
