1. Head hunt and sourcing the candidates2. Profiling and sending their documents to the client.3. Working on different specialties and different grades of international doctors and advise them to write membership qualification( MCEM,MRCP etc).

( 1 ) Got recognised by client for getting 100% MRA and finishing work within the TAT given by recruitment company.( 2 ) Sourcing the candidates from Naukri.com and Monster.com for IT Firm, accountancy etc. ( 3 ) Headhunting candidates on daily basis.
