Maintain department organization and merchandising according to corporate standards. Prepare employee job reviews/evaluations. Provide customers with proper materials and accurate information to safely complete desired job.

Installing and maintaining panelboards, distribution boxes, switch gear, and power, lighting, and control circuits. Lay out electrical circuits, including computer and telephone communication lines, for proper operation using the plans and specifications. Troubleshoot electrical problems in electrical systems and equipment. Order and manage materials for various jobs. Manage personnel, time, and materials for completion of job tasks. Coordinate the work of other subcontractors as it relates to our contract and division of work. Manage multiple job sites and supervise work crews on site. Perform quality control and code compliance on job sites. Bid jobs, large and small, from plans and specifications.
