+ Coordinate Brownfields piping modifications & planning from engineering to completion and handover, material delivery through to readiness for project execution (including MODEC Sub Contractors Delivery & Fabrication Schedules input)+ Prepare/review, comment and mark-up drawings of piping diagram, piping arrangement, isometrics,vendor drawing and purchase specification and ensure compliance with contract specifications and classifications.+ Ensure that scope is feasible from the points of view of fabrication, construction, installation, and handed over for operation and maintenance with agreed punch list.+ Prepare reports & presentations for project progress meetings & execution readiness+ Review of previously completed project Lessons Learned & Incidents for continuous improvement & identify cost saving opportunities & work practice+ Follow up & expedite MOC & Projects Actions Close out by engaging in on-board inspections for as-builts, arrangement checking and drawing documentation updates.+ Perform piping engineering and project design studies utilizing site surveys, 3D scans, PDMS models and Caesar II pipe stress analysis results to help resolve piping issues.+ Perform the function of a construction engineer, managing constructability reviews and offshore construction/installations issues with Offshore Execution team, ensuring implementation of plans and procedures for refurbishment scopes.+ Perform cost estimation and comparison/forecast of engineering projects+ Investigate and resolve field piping construction issues by planning, managing and controlling piping project activities.+ Review and/or prepare piping routings, piping analysis, supporting design of piping connections and material take-off for major repair/upgrade projects+ Liaise with owners, vendors and regulatory bodies on engineering design matters and further liaise with operations team to resolve site problems.

+ Budgets & Tenders Support - Provides engineering support by preparing project cost (material and labour) estimates, tender deliverables (schedules, method statements, materials lists, technical clarifications and qualifications) and managing supplier interfacing and client meetings. + Client & 3rd Party Interfacing - Engineering interface for clients, subcontractors and other 3rd parties on their workscope. manages client communication and technical queries and interface requests, interprets and identifies changes to contract. + Workscope Project Management - Details the strategy and scope of work, develops plans, budgets, project schedules and project workpacks as per campaign. Monitors project progress and manages changes and QHSE considerations, including risk management. + Installation Engineering (Onshore) - Develops installation concepts, prepares procedures and other technical deliverables, participates in technical and safety reviews, completes as-builts lessons learnt and improvement plans. + Installation Engineering (Offshore) - Works offshore to ensure all work is executed in accordance with project procedures. Knowledgeable regarding vessel operations. Prepares project documentation (project briefings, task plans, MOC's, Lift Plans etc), lessons learnt and offshore closeout reports. + Procurement Support and Supplier Management - Assists supply chain in the preparation of Invitation-To-Bid (ITB's), inputs to procurement plans, technical evaluation of bids, manages supplier deliveries providing technical support from award to project close out. + Construction/Fabrication Management - Management of fabrication process from ITB to as-builts, including preparation of CADD drawings and documentation, review of supplier documentation, site visits, monitoring progress, changes and technical clarifications. Responsible for management of all survey activities related to conventional and Laser Scanning surveys and associated design preparations.

Offshore Roles:+ Handles employee briefing to ensure that all personnel understand all relevant documentations and requirements including safety and quality related issues.+ Works in conjunction with Project team in the preparation of work packs and documentations, and ensures their compliance to offshore construction and inspection activities in accordance to contract requirements.+ Works with project manager to evaluate scope of work and determine project requirements.+ Responsible for offshore piping and structural surveys using Faro 3D Laser Scanner.+ Performs the role of Installation Supervisor on offshore projects.+ Manages offshore schedules and provides daily progress reports to Project Manager+ Responsible for recording fabrication and design changes and compiling and maintaining of “As- built” drawings. Onshore Roles:+ Provides all relevant drawing and information for the completion of projects, following-up on progress of projects and reporting milestones, discrepancies and impediments to project managers (via Gantt Charts)+ Works with Quality and Procurement Manager to ensure technical accuracy of procurement, and fabrication materials are in accordance with contract requirements.+ Ensures maintenance and fabrication compliance with approved design standards and specifications.+ Reviews project documentation with Project Manager and helps prepare the BOM/MTO for quotation.+ Prepares “CALCUL POUCES” to help with the estimation of consumables, equipment and manpower required for project.+ Prepares method statements for the execution of projects+ Works with HSE department to ensure JSAs are prepared, discussed and complied with.+ Survey of structures, piping and other failing steel equipment and components onshore for fabrication and replacement.+ Produces 2D drawings, Isometrics and PIDs, fabrication (shop) drawings, 3D models and clash analysis by CAD.
