My name is Andrew MacLellan. I solve problems and deliver results through collaboration and communication with an authentic, quirky and knowledgeable approach. Through a combination of my analytical abilities and a knack for recognizing the big picture, I raise the level of engagement, efficiency and partnership in my organization and community.Since 2010 I have been a financial professional at Meridian Credit Union in a variety of Member-facing roles. By building trust and rapport with my Members, I received specific recognition in 2013 as the top financial advisor in assisting Members with wealth planning and advice and again in 2015 for my work with Small Business owners.In 2016, I joined the Business Banking leadership team for Meridian. Now I am located at our St. Catharines Corporate Office being a genuine partner for all segments of the credit union, as well as digital bank and leasing subsidiaries, by ensuring our organization has the tools, education and support to serve our Members, and I have been recognized with Meridian's Award of Excellence in 2018 and 2020 for my leadership for that work.When I'm not working, I am out in the community representing the credit union at charitable events or supporting our neighbourhood mentoring entrepreneurs or volunteering on social committees and in 2020 was honoured as one of Niagara’s Top 40 Under Forty Business leaders. Outside of that, you can find me at a local farmer's market, coffee shop, or watching the Niagara Ice Dogs!
