CurrentAs Director, Business Banking Operations, I am responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of operational activities for Meridian’s Business Banking segment. I work to identify, develop and oversee initiatives and implement processes and programs with focus on service optimization in order to lead to a cutting-edge fulfillment activities for Business Banking and translate strategy into an operating model for the organization. Our team is responsible for all levels of fulfillment ranging from opening a chequing account for a startup company to funding and maintaining $1B+ syndicated complex credit structures.I am a credible voice for Business Banking working within a network of internal partnerships to build a strong reputation for positivity, reliability and efficiency for our department. I worked on internal large budget projects, foster productive relationships with my team and other stakeholders by being a positive contributor, and most importantly work towards ensuring our organization has the proper tools, education and support to serve our Members in the most efficient and productive way.
