Equals6 is the Student Professional Social Network. We are an academic and professional development network that helps students access the information and resources they need to achieve their goals. Founded in February of 2008, Equals6 is where employers go to identify and recruit top-tier students and graduates.

Youth engagement and marketing-------We are focused on helping organizations become talent magnets so they can attract, retain, and deploy the right workforce. Talentlogix is a Human Resource management consulting and recruitment firm dedicated to helping organizations realize improved results through people. Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, our clients are professional individuals and teams typically delivering information technology (IT), telecommunications, healthcare, and defense related services.

• Developed and wrote over 110 hours of activities, lesson plans, and curriculum outcomes for “Entrepreneurship: A Way of Life,” a provincial grade 12 course• Coordinated and promoted three competitions within Nova Scotia high schools during Small Business Week • Delivered week-long entrepreneurship professional development seminars to various stakeholders including youth at risk, high-school students, teachers and adult learners• Developed, wrote, and facilitated entrepreneurship workshops for youth• Contributed as representative for Youth Employment and Development, a committee with mandate to develop and communicate programs to youth• Coordinated workshops and maintained relationships with over 50 speakers for an international entrepreneurship conference• Wrote an instructional guide that described and explained the implementation of Integrated Curriculum in the education system and co-facilitated the in-service for teachers• Created an instructional manual for a professional development seminar in entrepreneurship education• Wrote “Developing Entrepreneurship by Addressing Literacy,” an entrepreneurship-based program for adults used to develop literacy, numeracy, and communication skills • Researched, designed, wrote, and coordinated production of a guide of resources for entrepreneurship educators
