In my role, I lead the strategic adoption and integration of AI learning tools across GoDaddy’s global BPO Customer Care and Services teams, with a focus on enhancing learning and development through innovative AI technologies. My responsibilities encompass:• AI Learning Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for AI tool adoption, specifically tailored to address critical issues such as bias, hallucinations, and the management of incomplete information.• Prompt Engineering and Tool Adoption: Direct prompt engineering training and facilitate the seamless adoption of AI tools, conducting workshops to ensure effective use and integration into existing workflows.• Change Management: Drive change management processes to aid teams in adapting to new technological tools, enhancing their efficiency and integration into daily operations.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT, Human Resources, and various business units to ensure that AI implementations align with broader organizational goals and address department-specific needs.• Leadership in Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives within the organization, promoting the strategic use of AI technologies and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to secure AI technology services that meet our strategic objectives and compliance requirements, including contract negotiations and oversight of vendor deliverables.• Upskilling Internal Teams: Take charge of AI upskilling for our internal Learning teams and other members of the People Ops group, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage AI tools and methodologies effectively.This position capitalizes on my extensive experience in training and development, my global perspective on employee growth, and my dedication to advancing the use of AI in enhancing organizational capabilities.

Manages the daily execution across 13 sites and 50+ trainers, including 9 BPO sites.

Managed 9 sites, 40+ trainers and training managers for site-specific learning and development. Programs included onboarding, continued education for customer-level and leadership positions, and sales. Helped launch new sites in India and Europe.

Create and deliver content for incoming new hires. Subjects include technical support, sales, and customer service.
