Development includes one to one coaching and group workshops covering a variety of management and leadership topics including Managing your time, Communicating Effectively and many others. Board level workshops are also available to identify areas of organisational managerial/leadership development. These are both effective and valuable gaining an insight of how the "whole team" agrees that the organisation can develop and become even more effective.
