In 2006 I joined PediaStaff, one of the leading national staffing firms focused on school-based and other pediatric settings.Since 1985 I've had many different roles in Human Resources including recruiter, small business owner, recruiting trainer, and manager of recruiting operations. This experience includes 12 years in various recruiting and managerial roles with the U.S. Air Force followed by corporate recruiting for Toyota North America and Capital One Financial Services. I earned my MBA in 1997, and in 2002 I received PHR certification.Specialties: Recruiting professionals, staff, managers, and executives. Current focus is on the healthcare industry, specifically pediatric therapy and school-based special educaiton professionals; Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and School Psychologists
