Lead Cloud solutions architect for US Space Command (USSC). Leading the development of the USSC Cloud infrastructure to support the J8 Modeling and Simulation efforts. Responsible for all aspects of the USSC Cloud from Contracting to Architecting to Systems Administration. Works in all GovCloud Security Domains and Regions.

Lead architect and data integrator for the multidimensional SIPRNet and NIPRNet based Unclassified Common Operational Picture (UCOP) for DoD - Situational Awareness Geospatial Enterprise (SAGE). A lead voice within the DoD for the strategic future of the UCOP based on technical expertise, leadership, ability to build consensus, & overall vision for the UCOP. This program has widespread impact throughout the federal government with over 8000 users in every State and every Federal Agency. Tasked to provide expertise in advising, planning and developing All Domain Situational Awareness (ADSA) for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) & operational mission sets. In the area of Situational Awareness, the leader in providing the far-reaching vision, innovative strategies, and concepts accepted at both N-NC and the Joint Staff. Working with the Mission Partner Environment team to solidify the requirements for Geospatial Situational Awareness. As the Program Manager, the Air Event Information Sharing Service is delivering this capability to the highest levels in DoD. The complex and cross-organizational application my team has developed will be used by the SecDef and the Canadian Minister of National Defense. Leading the transition from DIACAP to the Risk Management Framework for all projects under my purview.

Accomplishments: Managed a classified network environment with over 1000 users and 10 million dollars in equipment. Maintained network services availability in excess of 99.7%. Maintained customer satisfaction in excess of 98%. Experienced no major service outages due to malicious code attacks (viruses). Chief Security Engineer for HQMC Classified network. Responsible for development and implementation of security policy for all classified computer users. Provided Information Technology (IT) technical support and liaison between technical community and USMC Senior Leadership.
