Project Details : Design, build,operate and maintain, and transfer water supply system in Hubballi- Dharawada city of Karnataka State, India for cost effective and sustainable upscaling to continuous (24x7) pressurized water supply. Effective communication with agriculture land owners, local public, ward corporators and authorities like PWD, SH, NH, Railway etc enables ROW clearance on time. Smooth coordination with client, third party and contractors to execute the work done.  Execution of Transmission & Distribution Network with (M.S, HDPE, DI, MDPE) Pipe including Hydro Testing according client specification. Ensure required inspection of MS, HDPE & DI pipes and MS Fit-up, welding & coating, Electrofusion joints of HDPE &DI Fit-up joints before, during, & after the laying works. Ensure utility checking, proper trenching, laying works, padding and backfilling activities according to the SOP standards. Operating & maintenance of the network & Reducing parentage of NRW by detecting pipe line leakage Proper maintaining & effective utilization of company assets like manpower, material, and machinery Etc. IR & Admin- Updating daily labour reports, ensure welfare for workmanship. Coordinates with stores for smooth material issuance process to the contractor & handled safely at site and maintain the Log sheet, Indent books & material reconciliation. Safety EHS: Daily PEP talk given to workmen, Raising SEC, Conducting Tool box training, Safety induction programs and working closer with the EHS team to achieve the safety compliance. Daily, weekly & monthly make plans along with the implementation of pipe laying activities. Quality QMS: Ensuring timely checking from QC & Client and maintaining Records as per requirements. creating client bills document & following up for approval. Prepare and verify sub-contractor monthly bill and co-ordinate with planning department.

Project Details : Polavaram Hydro Electric Project (12x80MW).Roles & Responsibilities: Verifying latest drawing revision using at site. Fabrication and Erection of penstock steel liners. Prepared and submitted daily and weekly work schedules. Ensured availability of all production materials as requested by procurement department. Maintaining status records of the project and submitting Daily Progress Report (DPR).  Planning for fabrication of structure by considering completion as per Schedule. Maintain of fit-up, dimensions, alignment and assembly Reports. Cutting plan preparation of plates, angles, channels etc. to minimize the wastage of material. During fit up inspection verify the plate no. and heat no as per project specification. Performing daily fit up inspection as per approved procedure and released it for welding. Checking of weld joint preparation before welding as per client specification. Ensure welding process pre heat and inter pass temperature as per approved specification. Coordinate with TPI/Client. Implement safety and security measures required by the Site. Arranging for repairing of welded joints. Ensuring the complete repair removal, witnessing the welding and offering the joint for NDT. Prepare and verify sub-contractor monthly bill and co-ordinate with planning department. Attend Progress Review Meetings with higher officials, to highlight the Project progress status and actual site execution Problems.

project :- Distribution Network Improvements for NRW Reduction and 24x7 Water Supply in North-West Sector of GVMC Area.Roles & Responsibilities: Execution of Distribution Network with M.S Pipe & HDPE Pipe including Hydro Testing. Execution of House Service Connection and SCADA compatible Meter & Valves erection work. Performing quality control assessments and ensuring that the pipelines comply with all technical and safety regulations. Performing maintenance, repairs of pipelines & HSC, as needed. Reducing NRW below 10% as per the agreement specification. Prepare and verify sub-contractor monthly bill.

Project Details : Laying 180 km of 18” natural gas pipeline from Rageswari Dispatch Station to Pali Receiving Station (BPPL) and construction of 6 intermediate sectioning valve stations.Roles & Responsibilities: Inspection of stringing of pipes by verifying with stringing schedule and alignment sheet. Witnessing of Pre-welding, in process welding & post welding visual inspection of mainline and tie in welds in line with the procedure and WPS. Providing the next day planning, arranging the resources to execute the tie in activity, executing the job and proving the status to planning department. Offering the joints for radiography and following up with NDT team. Providing the clearance for joint coating. Arranging for repairing of welded joints. Ensuring the complete repair removal, witnessing the welding and offering the joint for NDT. Witnessing field joint coating and inspection of coating thickness and peel test to confirm the integrity of the coating.
