I am a trained actor and storyteller and specialise in developing communication skills, speech and presentation skills all of which are crucial for today’s leaders helping to build confidence and self-awareness. I hold a Masters in Human Rights and Development which embedded my belief in the diversity and dignity of all and this underpins my coaching and facilitation work. I strongly believe in lifelong growth and am particularly interested in the neuroscience behind our emotions and behaviours and how this impacts our ability to change – leading with your brain in mind. I use story and narrative in many aspects of my work. I like to support equality and diversity in the workplace and life transitions, whether that be new work roles, parental transition or retirement.
