With an entrepreneurial career spanning over three decades, I have been working in the real estate market since 2016.I began my journey in the real estate sector with the ERA Odivelas Norte agency, where our team received several awards. Among the most notable recognitions are the "Best Salesperson of the Year" award in 2018, given to our consultant Solange Nascimento, who was only 22 at the time, and, more recently, the award for the number 1 agency in New Constructions in Greater Lisbon.In 2020, we expanded our operations with the opening of ERA Sintra. With high expectations, the new agency quickly began to show significant results, winning the national "Startup Agency 2021" award, an achievement of which we are immensely proud and most recently I won the Best Commercial Director Award. My main professional goal has always been to promote the well-being and growth of my employees and the satisfaction of our clients.
