CurrentFor the past 7 years (2014) I have been working on correlating the issues of surface modifications into one complex solution. Which would solve for the variables we currently find ourselves dealing with. Torque inaccuracy, hydrogen stress cracking, failure of coatings, both application and service life. So I developed a patented process last year that provides a hardness, a consistent wear pattern, does not rely on polymer thin films, and is corrosion resistent. Instead of using polymers we use a solid metallic surface alloy as our anodic oxide lubricant, corrosion, wear barrier, hydrogen stress cracking deterant, and even a tensile protective. Currently being approved for PCT globally and then licensed. Samples will be available by the end of June 2021, for individual testing. Right now we have measured a .13 coefficiency of friction, HRC 58-62(*) in the Zeta, corrosion tested has beaten out HDG, elector Zn-Ni plating, with no signs of red rust, about 3500 salt spray hours so far. We plan to have over 100 different processes and customizable procedures that we will provide as a service and customize as a licensed application along with equipment and oversite of in-house applications.
