I joined cooperstandard at 2013, the first position is launch manger at Kunshan plant. Due to bussnessing developing, I had been transferred to Qingpu plant as manufacturing manager from March,2016.

－ Approve product and process design is in accordance with TRW standards, customer standards, lean indicators and site capability.－ Ensure supply chain processes are in place in the pre-production stages and initial production phase and that they meet all requirements.－ Ramp up preparation and management; Ensure direct labor availability for the various pre-production and production builds－ Champion DFM/DFA activities in the program team－ TRW and Supplier Run at Rates support and validation－ Check integrity of Launch List data, G54 audit, 11 Colors audit, and mistake proofing audit－ Local communication plan(including ECN control, product plan, operators arrange…) － Validate financial performance matches business case－ Operations Risk and contingency planning－ Manage a local launch team with SDE, APQP, AME, etc…

－ Build and improve the ME team for new project.－ Coordinate the activities of the ME’s daily work.－ Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of each engineer and develop them.－ Lead to design for new assemble line－ Manage the Capital spending for each project.－ Make and control the schedule for creating the new assemble line－ Provide support for the purchase, installation, and implementation of new equipment.－ Communicate with the other members of project, provide/get the support to/from other departments.－ Lead the team to improve overall operation efficiency in manpower, material flow, equipment utilization

－Calculate the costing of simple switch for all plants of BCS －－Lead the Kick-off meeting for calculation －－Understand the Key CQR measures and transfer to team members(Such as the targets for component prices/tooling cost/ investment for line etc) －－Coach the calculation process and team －－Make the task list(the owner , the deadline) －－Calculate / confirm the price of purchasing parts －－Calculate / confirm the tooling cost －－Estimate the process investment －－Calculate the costing of process and management －－Make the logistic plan and calculate the costing of logistic －－Collect all other information(Such as Test Cost, R&D Cost ,Custom Duty etc) and complete the calculation, confirm the sales price －－Continues improvement about Input—Process¬—Output －Analyze profit or lost of existing production in TRW(Suzhou)－Calculate the costing of parts as the guider for purchasing price－Analyze the current sales and costs, include: comparing the differences between Current sale and sales of last month/forecast sales, analyze the reason; comparing the differences between Current costs and costs of last month/forecast costs, analyze the reason－Analyze the inventory of Suzhou’s plant, and find the illogical item, solve it with relative department, and avoiding occurring again.

－Institute process control and process flow when new project start－Create and update relevant documents for production(such as : Work Instruction, Process flow chart, PFMEA and so on)－Plan and build the production line for new project－Training and assess operators for new project－Set up the standard time, include calculating the cycle time for new project.－Program and improve capacity of production line－Set up and maintain standard time in ERP－Improve existing fixtures－Design package for shipment based on customer’s requirement, and control the costing for package－Define package Specification for raw material and parts, confirm package plan for raw material and parts.－Create and maintain BOM structure and routings in ERP system－Make layout for plant to keep smooth of logistic －Assist to transfer the production line －Arrange the others IEs’ jog and support them to solve the special issue.－Define and modify the standard documents for department－Audit the workshop and confirm that all documents are completed

－Make and maintain layout for workshop－Program and improve capacity of production line－Improve the process control and process flow for existing project－Set up and maintain standard time system for project－Reduce the standard time and costing －Evaluate the charge of machinery－Evaluate the requirement of manpower for production line－Create and update relevant documents for production(such as : Work Instruction, Process flow chart, 5M checklist and so on)－Training and assess operators for new project－Lead the team to analyze quality issue to reduce the rate of scrap－Program and apply assistant equipment for production line－Prepare the package for shipment
