Base Maintenance Narrowbody Department

- Performance of engineering services and technical evaluations, developments, administrations and enhancements of all aircraft, engine and component tools and equipment and test mock-ups. - Performance of engineering services and technical evaluations involved in verification, test and calibration of M&TE- Conducts developmental, technical and economic studies on aircraft, engine and component tools and equipment- Coordinates with OEM for product support on initial and continuous operation, services, modifications and alterations on aircraft and component tools and equipment to increase the design levels of safety, reliability and utilization- Determines, evaluates and plans the tool and equipment of the base and aircraft overhaul for acquisition and/or equivalency as required by AD, EOC, SB and other publication for any maintenance checks, inspections and modifications.- Provides necessary designs, specifications, drawings (Design via Solidworks) , technical consultation and supervision for tool and equipment installation, modification, alteration, repair and local manufacture of tools and equipment- Provides engineering assistance to shop mechanics in building test mock-up equipment especially if no technical data is available from components manufacturer manuals.- Establishes, develops, administers, enhances and implements appropriate maintenance policies, procedures, programs and engineering standards in the operation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair

Production Planning - Line Maintenance Department

- Maintains TRAX Maintenance Planning Module forecast for customers Maintenance Schedule, Engineering Publications, Non-routines and other time controlled tasks.- Forecasts and develops schedule for major and minor maintenance activities consistent with the customer’s maintenance program.- Plans for the efficient accomplishment of the workload by determining availability of required resources and coordinating with other offices to ensure that all maintenance activities and schedules are adequately supported.- Directs and controls the scheduling of the workload in order to match it with the available resources by setting the date and time when the checks will be started and completed by production or other department.- Reviews, analyzes and verifies maintenance task requirements such as parts, turn-around time (TAT), schedule, manhours, manpower and hangar space base on current and approved references.- Evaluates/ reviews Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) Airline’s Operators Telex (ACT) and other aircraft documents as per customer’s approved Engineering Publications, with emphasis given to AD due for initial compliance.- Reviews all revisions of the Maintenance Schedule (MS).- Prepare C-Check and D-Check Work Package for Heavy Maintenance Check- Close/Update complied tasks for C-check and D-check on Trax- Coordinates with Engineering for changes in the airframe, engine and its systems or components maintenance requirements to optimize the check packages as a result of the maintenance findings.

Production Planning - Line Maintenance Department

- Manages generated deferred defects of customer aircraft to ensure that it is at a controlled level- Conducts weekly meeting and rolls out solutions and projects to reduce incoming deferred defects and improve processes in defect management and reporting- Responsible for forecasting, workload planning, and scheduling of deferred defects on major customer aircraft.- Coordinates with the assigned departments to ensure that materials, tools, and manpower are readily available to comply deferred defects tasks- Handles extension/concession based on customer’s maintenance manual and reviews deferred defects and its requirements for on time compliance.- Prepares weekly report of customer deferred defects and maintenance status
