I am the Senior Physiotherapist and Hand Therapist at Xceed Sports & Rehab, practicing in Maitland NSW; having graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2015 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons.) with first class honours, and the University of Melbourne in 2022 with a Master of Sports Medicine, qualifying me as an APA Titled Sports & Exercise PhysiotherapistThrough my career so far I have diversified the clientele I see and taken CPD in various domains, allowing me to comfortably and confidently treat a varied caseload including:- Musculoskeletal - Orthopaedic and surgical- Shoulder-to-Hand injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation- Sporting injuries and rehabilitation - Complex, Neuropathic, and Persistent pain rehabilitation- Dance assessments and injury rehabilitation- Women’s and Men's HealthI am a practicing Women’s and Men's Health physiotherapist; treating incontinence, post-urogenital surgery, genital or sexual pain, and back or sacroiliac pain with genital or pudendal / perineal involvement.Additionally I am a Practitioner in Hand Therapy (Physiotherapy), managing and rehabilitating shoulder-to-hand injuries including upper limb tendinopathies and instability, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and releases, Flexor and Extensor Repairs, scar and burns management, and CRPS / neuropathic pain of the upper limb.I have additionally worked on a casual basis in Aged Care one day a week providing pain management, and both 1-on-1 and group-based exercise interventions for falls prevention, strengthening, balance, and return-to-function after a fall or other injury. This also includes ACFI and AN-ACC assessments of strength and capacity, mobility and transfers, and pain.
