During my time as a call agent for the 119- vaccination booking service i have learned a great deal about the importance of problem solving in different situations, i.e when someone has concerns or was unable to attend specific appointment times. Showing alternatives and providing clarity on these situations helped my role massively and ultimately became the easiest solve to most situations and helped build a good rapport with citizens i spoke to.
