My nationwide securities litigation practice at Faegre Drinker emphasizes representing investment advisers, broker-dealers and public company clients in investigations and litigation involving the SEC, PCAOB, FINRA, and state securities regulators including the Colorado Securities Division.My practice focuses on representing and defending public companies, their officers and directors and special committees in matters involving financial reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, listing disputes and litigation brought by shareholders, either derivatively or as proposed class action lawsuits. Moreover, I advise accounting firms, CPAs, law firms and attorneys in disputes with the SEC, PCAOB and Colorado Board of Accountancy regarding alleged violations of professional standards. Finally, I assist individuals and corporations with issues involving insider trading, receivership or other "clawback" claims.
