A former student leader, political activist, and founder of Youth Advocacy for Skills Training and Education Network(YASTEN), Mutale is a writer, speaker, trainer and President of Youth Advocacy for skills Training and Education Network (YASTEN), which he serves as a full time volunteer.Mutale holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication specializing in Health Communication, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication majoring in Broadcasting with a Minor in Public Administration. He also holds a Postgraduate certificate in Media Management and a Certificate in Public Policy and Accountable Leadership. He is currently studying for a Master of Economic Policy Management Degree; and he speaks often of his passion to empower the youth of his country Zambia with entrepreneurial skills, and advocate for political tolerance and accountable economic management.
