- Take brief from client and support to design the scopes and objectives of Research project - Support team leader for ad-hoc tasks and preparations: estimate project costs, manage project timings and contracts- Support to monitor and manage A-Z projects and align side-by-side with Research suppliers to input and revise findings for report finalizing- Assist in conducting primary or secondary researches for comprehensive understanding associated with plan formulation- Support team leader to brainstorm and formulate the strategic plans and directions

· Support Qualitative research project: do the discussion guides, brief the respondent requirements to the fieldwork team, monitor the interviewing group, and write report· Support Quantitative research project: do the questionnaires, brief the respondent requirements to the fieldwork team, monitor the fieldwork process and data process, and write report· Manage the project: monitor the fieldwork team, inform the client team, and update information with the managers
