Consulted for AT&T Wireless on the construction of Public and Enterprise DAS/Small Cell networks in the six New England States and Upstate New York. Simultaneously managed up to 50+ multi-state projects.• Managed stakeholders and installed project governance for in-building (iDAS) and outdoor (oDAS) wireless projects in corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, industrial/manufacturing plants, biotech labs, shopping malls, public and private campus facilities, and indoor/outdoor stadiums and arenas.• Pushed projects through the pipeline in close collaboration with Sales, RF Engineering, AE/Design contractors, Site Acquisition departments, utility companies, OEMs, tenants and federal, state and local municipalities.• Aligned operations within budgets by tracking expenses to monitor deviations from targets, providing strategic direction to project vendors across several states.• Acted as a point of resolution for all issues, assisting project managers, operations, engineers and field teams.
