I am a seasoned and pragmatic legal professional with extensive experience as a United States Magistrate Judge, a business, class action, and mass action litigator, and a settlement facilitator adept in all aspects of federal and state civil litigation and dispute resolution.I am Of Counsel in the Business Litigation, Class Actions, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labor and Employment, and Mass Tort and Product Liability Practice Groups at Carlton Fields, P.A. in Tampa, Florida. I represent clients nationally in multiple industries, supporting their complex litigation, e-discovery, and trial needs in courts across the country. I am also available to serve as a mediator, arbitrator, discovery referee, and court-appointed neutral (formerly known as a special master).During my judicial career, I thrived as a generalist, capable of diving into any litigation and becoming a subject matter expert quickly and efficiently.
