A key member of the Global WMS team supporting multiple versions of Manhattan Associates Supply Chain Software Solutions (WMi, LM, Slotting) deployed at over 25 Newell Brands distribution centers with the following responsibilities:- Lead and participate in design sessions to identify current business processes and identify process optimization opportunities for greenfield implementations, upgrades, and transitions from legacy systems- Translate requests for new functionality or modifications into technical specifications while working closely with the engineering team to develop, test, and promote to production - Conduct both super and end user training sessions as well as create documentation- Serve as the primary technical project manager and design lead for Newell’s Labor Management System initiative focused on increasing productivity while reducing labor spend- Provide data to day and extended hours support to over 30 implementations of Manhattan Associates WMi - Maintain strong relationships with many cross functional teams including DC operations, customer service, external vendors, and consulting partners and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization- Develop documentation and custom shipping labels to meet operations and drop ship customer requirements - Partner with major parcel carriers to ensure Newell’s systems are up to date with the latest products and services- Chair weekly Change Control Board meetings and work with internal and external audit on quarterly compliance reviews
