The Director of Identity and access Management is part of Group Security - Information Security and is responsible to:•Define vision, mission and strategy of IAM from Enterprise to Customers (B2E, B2B & B2C)•Define KPI's and measure and report to management on progress and the associated risks•Identify stakeholders their requirements and maintain the relationships with them inside and outside of Philips.•As Business process owner ensure that the IAM processes are defined and maintained•Define access control policies & standards •Develop and maintain the IAM Target Operating Model •Ensure that there is a well defined IAM business, technical and information architecture•Ensure that there is a Capability Maturity Model defined•Build roadmap based on Vision, strategy & CMM Model•Ensure that the defined roadmap will be implemented•Build business cases and ensure that there is budget and resources available to execute the projects•Act as a program manager to ensure that the defined projects will meet the agreed timelines and within budget

Responsible for connecting subsystems of SAP via SAP CUA to IAM system. To solve RBAC problems I performed a quick-scan of the current situation of authorizations, policies, processes and related data and described it into a report including recommendations

Responsible to analyse the current situation information security in the area of authorization management. Define the customer needs, designing and initiating of organizational governance, policies, processes and role model (RBAC) according to internal and external rules and regulations.

Analysed the current situation of EPD authorizations and defined business requirements and translated those steps into a roadmap including a projectplan with preconditions, dependencies risks and financial impact

Implementation of FIM 2010/ILM changes to integrate Office365 at HU in the Cloud

Based on interviews, workshops and company analyses I described the current situation in the area of authorization management and their related processes. Designed a role and authorization model (RBAC) including governance and processes according to rules and regulations.

Responsibile to design, to implement, to ensure consistency of information security and authorization policies, role models (RBAC) and their related data, authorization models, processes according to internal and external rules and regulations. All this integrated into the overall IAM system. In a later stage, I became team lead of authorizations with the responsibility that new applications were compliant with the information security policies.

Responsibile to write a Business Blueprint and Roadmap based on the organizations Information Security needs and requirement, aligned with the organization and IT strategy.
