Review inspection records and approve the results.• Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site Charge for Inspection.

• Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures.
• Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control
• Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans (ITP), Method Statement (MS) ,Material Approval Request (MAR) and related procedures
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Check and review the plans & project specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site
• Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specification
• Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by ADNOC /Contractors QA/QC Manager.
• Conduct final inspection with ADNOC/Contractor and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per Inspection and Test Plan (I.T.P.)
• Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
• Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements
• Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification.
• Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up
