2024 NCA D1 Small Co-Ed National Champions

The program is designed to gain knowledge in the field of strength and conditioning. The intern will also gain practical experience by teaching exercise techniques (i.e. Olympic lifts) and also the opportunity to gain a better understanding of program development and administration. Overall, this experience will help the intern gain comprehensive knowledge of how a strength and conditioning program is run on a day-­‐to-­‐day basis. In turn, an internship may possibly open doors for future opportunities in the strength and conditioning profession.

"Orlando s Italian Restaurant has been serving our "Tex-Italian" (Texas Monthly gave us that moniker) cuisine since opening its original 24th & Ave. Q location in 1965. Orlando's is Lubbock's oldest full-service restaurant--you cannot fool the local diners so you know our food is good! Orlando's has consistently won "Best Italian Food in Lubbock" in both newspaper and TV polls. Orlando's offers take-out and if you cannot come to us we will deliver our food right to your door!

"Will be required to perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by the Camp Director, Asst. Camp Director, Specialist Director and/or Program Director.All camp staff will at all times have the opportunity to meet with the Camp Director and/or Program Director to discuss any problems, needs or concerns he/she may have.Staff must strive to work cooperatively with the Camp Director and fellow employees to achieve the goals and objectives of the YMCA.Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Staff and Camp Director.Will be responsible for reporting and assisting Camp Director in all accidents occurring during camp time.Will accurately complete and return Accident Reports to Camp Director.This includes personal temperature checks, camper and parent temperature checks, and pre-screen questions, social distancing, and sanitation of camp areas.May be asked to telephone each camper’s parent, each session to introduce him/herself and answer questions parents may have."
