For over 40 years UDA has trained over 1.2 million dancers and delivered a dynamic summer curriculum to motivate, inspire, and energize dance teams across the country with new routines, sidelines for games, evaluations, awards, and fun activities. UDA instructors are hand-selected from the nation’s top university dance programs and undergo extensive training to organize and lead personalized spirit camps for middle school to college-age teams hosting upwards of 200+ participants and 12+ schools.As a UDA instructor, I teach technical skills training and choreography; personal and team development education, and safety; and offer one-on-one attention to teams and coaching staff, demonstrating professional teaching, speaking, and motivational skills.

Assisted with sports marketing, fan engagement, and community outreach efforts under the Associate Director of Marketing for Razorback Men’s Basketball, Softball, and Soccer program, and secondary marketing contact for Razorback Football.Duties included:• Assisting with the ideation of marketing plans, and creation and scheduling of digital and traditional advertising elements.• Preparing various promotional elements for Razorback spring sports, and brainstorming ways to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue.• Streamlining office processes for improved efficiency and time management through regular organization and project support.

K2 is a world-class Christian sports camp with over 70 sports and activities for teenagers to play, train, learn, laugh, and grow both spiritually and physically.Front office duties:• Helped streamline admin tasks and maintain efficient camp functioning by answering phone calls and emails, organizing camper schedules and mail, teaching activities, and interacting with all who enter the camp gates.• Communicated effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff membersaddressing any concerns and centering conversations around Christ.

Taught and assisted dance classes for dancers age 3 to 16, teaching technical skills and choreography to be performed at an annual end-of-year showcase.
