Front Burner is a company of various restaurant concepts primarily located in North Texas, including Legacy Food Hall, Whiskey Cake, Mexican Sugar, and Haywire, among others. My overall responsibilities included development and execution of campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales and coordinate with corporate and restaurant team members. Specific responsibilities included:Legacy Food Hall: Solely responsible for research and development of new brand-building strategies for four different ‘food stall’ businesses, including website rebuilds, development of content and inspiration for social media pages, creation of social media content calendar, and ultimately a presentation of recommendations to corporate representatives. Front Burner Experiences: Assisted with the launch of a new division for special venues, by assisting with preparation for and attending open-house/influencer event collaborations.All Front Burner Concepts: Responsibilities performed for numerous brands included:management of digital presence through third party accounts such as DoorDash and UberEats; micro posting; perform frequent website audits, updating and managing web content; copywriting for multiple brands, led photoshoots for PR or general company purposes, and management of all restaurant’s menu updates across 20+ locations.Mexican Sugar: Solely responsible for the management and coordination of the Plano and Las Colinas social media accounts.

During my internship I compiled data analytics for quarterly executive reports and period-end reports, including analytics for corporate and sponsored Facebook ads, Google ad words, Yelp and more. I maintained and updated ClubCorp’s Facebook business manager, Google My Business listings, and Yelp Enterprise account, each including 200+ clubs. I assisted in the development of ClubCorp’s new wedding website and price calculator by compiling and editing field-sourced content from the clubs, and curated custom photo albums. I maintained and updated ClubCorp's website through EZ Publish, ClubCorp’s preferred CMS. I wrote and posted content to the corporate social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, along with creating best practice guidelines for each social media platform.
