I am extremely passionate about helping the ones around me. Because I am a people person, I have found myself working in customer service settings. These positions include: barista, dance instructor, sales person at a boutique, and covid screener. In all four of these positions, I have had the opportunity to serve and help others which is what I am truly passionate and excited about. Because of this passion, I have decided to major in Business Administration to further my education in hopes to keep serving others. Being a barista taught me how to work well with others under stressful situations. Teaching dance has rewarded me with excellent leadership skills. Working at the boutique really helped me enjoy customer service and appreciating their satisfaction. Covid screening taught me many safe and healthy practices. Throughout these experiences I have received many great reviews from dance students and customers. These reviews and compliments have emphasized my ability to communicate and problem solve when an issue arises. Staying positive in stressful situations is very important to me as well and my coworkers have mentioned their admiration for this. Working with people has made me more patient, caring, and understanding.I am excited to keep growing and learning from opportunities that come my way in the future.
