Takes and records drink orders, engages with guests, makes drinks, prepares food, cleans equipment, helps close the cafe each evening, does dishes.

Check in boats visiting the lake, works one on one with visitors to fill out paperwork, decontaminates boats visiting quagga-infested waters, takes payment in exchange for passes for guests visiting the state park, checks in and books campers, preforms janitorial maintenance around the park.
