Captain Fun of Sandy- Youth Sports- 5ks - Analytics- Program, schedule, manage youth sport programs: high school boys Jr. Jazz, girls soccer, baseball (apx. 3000 participants yearly).- Create, manage, & execute events & new programs: 5ks (4 yearly, avg. 200 runners), South Town Walk 2k19, hiking program, fishing program, etc.- Manage, schedule, recruit, train, & retain part time & seasonal staff (apx. 90)

Mentor 17 at risk student athletes in coursework & teach study, organizational, time management, & communication skills.

- Direct The Color Run events (3) for up to 4000 participants.- Build and manage a team (up to 30) to execute the event.- Work with city government, contractors, marketing specialists, and vendors to put on the event.

- Analyze event data from registration and runner surveys for the US and Canada (apx 140 cities, 800,000 total runners, 160,000 responses).- Consult The Color Run management, Events management, Events, and Marketing teams on quantitative and qualitative analytics.

- Find and coordinate all local events subcontractors in the western US and Canada (54 cities). - Work with Regional Directors, Event Directors, Warehouse logistics, and Sponsorship be sure events run smoothly.

- Market within the cities we have events by discovering, determining, and working with Centers of Influence.- Work with Race Directors, TRC Marketing team, and Centers of Influence to distinguish and execute grass root marketing.

- Study sports psychology through literature review, performing studies, and analyzing data (team of 3, consultant group of 10).

- Assist students in understanding and applying performance psychology in their lives.- Lecture when professor is unable and teach test reviews.

Internship Coordinator- Utah Startup Marketplace Student Director- Assist startup companies and entrepreneurs find interns and place students in internships.Crowdfunding Teaching Assistant- Advise 10 student teams on ideas, finances, and execution of launching and fulfilling crowdfunding campaigns.- Manage finances for the class.- Build syllabus for future course replication.Executive Assistant- Coordinate with Directors, Student Organizations, and Founders to run Entrepreneurship programs and events.

Student Athlete Tutor- Teach and explain concepts included in Physical Science 100 course to Student Athletes (individual / group up to 50). Teaching Assistant- Teach and explain concepts included in Physical Science 100 course to students (max 80 assigned personally).- Assist in interviewing process.
