Runway Seven was my first job in retail and marketing. My job title was a sales lead, which gave me the responsibility of opening and closing the store. I truly enjoyed my time at Runway Seven with all my co-workers. After some time with the company, I decided to focus more towards an internship in my degree. I absolutely adore children, so I thought this job was perfect for me. I gained a lot of experience with children, parents, and a business within my time at Adventure Kids. After a few months, I was promoted to Floor Leader. With this promotion, I took on more responsibility, more leadership, and more authority.
