Supervise, train, and lead a team of 20 student office assistants. The primary point of contact to resolve procedural issues and ensure smooth operation of services. Expand student staff by candidate selection, hiring, and creating new staff training plans. Schedule 150+ exams daily, through planning and organization, while managing conflicting schedules, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Manage and oversee communications between students, Professors and DRS staff.

Administered 40+ disability accommodations to over 6,000 students while upholding confidentiality of student disability records. Enforced university disability policies and ensured student academic accommodations are met through direct, coordinated, and clear communication with professors, students, and staff. Enlarged department capacity by developing new testing center processes to accommodate more students.
