AllGrow is a global start-up organization dedicated to generating social impact and fostering systemic change. We focus on designing critical, affordable and creative solutions for individuals, communities and organizations aiming to close the socio-economic gap between developing and developed economies.Change Architects (www.allgrowromania.org) is a strategic program customized depending on cultural and economic conditions to empower youth to be able to identify opportunities in their communities and create relevant solutions. The program uses advanced techniques coupled with Design Thinking methodology to equip youths with the tools, inspiration and courage necessary to address opportunities they care about.

The Young Leaders Program gathers each year 20-25 high profile regional young leaders with a clear two-fold goal: to promote and advance progressive leadership within society; and to develop the regional network of Aspen Fellows, based on shared values and common interests.This Program is designed for people who have the potential, interest and determination to exercise leadership to the highest standards of civic and corporate responsibility and according to the ethical values on which Aspen is based. For this reason we offer a program which challenges people to think about the fundamental concepts on which our society is founded. It also makes participants reflect on the challenges and conflicts that leaders must face in deciding policies and strategies for their organizations and their communities in today’s world.

Project X is a social venture with a mission to help students, professionals and organizations (re)discover and activate their purpose through transformative experiences. With students, our programs build the foundation for career success though immersive consulting, social entrepreneurship and adaptive leadership experiences in NYC and Latin America. For professionals, our programs help people align with their purpose, enter new career fields, start ventures, and experiment their way into building the life they want. And for organizations, we design experiences and workshops to empower and build purpose driven teams that positively impact the communities they serve. Project X encompasses the work of Social Entrepreneur Corps.

• Managed Social Entrepreneur Corps programs as well as designed educational content and learning activities and workshops for students working in the areas of social entrepreneurship and innovation in Latin America • Developed and managed partnerships with key university partners such us Duke, Northwestern, Maryland, UConn, Kennesaw among others• Designed, managed and implemented social innovation programs for corporate professional groups such as Deloitte, Warby Parker and Levi Strauss & Co.• Lead coached and managed international and local teams in Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Ecuador and Nicaragua

• Managed and coordinated Empowering Syrian workers in the Turkish Garment Industry, a multi stakeholder project designed to provide Syrian workers with access to key legal information and support; project implemented in collaboration with Refugee Support Center (MUDEM), Centro de los Derechos de Migrante (CDM), C&A Foundation and Research Action Design (RAD)• Organized and facilitated Workers Well-Being Convening in Bangkok for Levi Strauss Foundation Community partners to build a community of innovative leaders to holistically address workers needs in the supply chain• Supported Levi Strauss Foundation to develop and expand Improving Workers Wellbeing (IWWB) program in Egypt, Haiti, Mexico and Turkey, impacting over 12,000+ textile workers, a global initiative of Levi Strauss & Co. to raise the living standards of workers through partnership with strategic vendors • Researched, mapped and coached NGOs to implement programs for textile workers, which enhance women’s empowerment, health and financial inclusion through the global supply chain • Engaged with vendors to help them accommodate global supply chain programs to improve workers’ well-being • Designed the Micro-franchising model, including financing, marketing and communication strategy, for authorized service workshops of Yamaha’s distributor in Suriname, as part of Inter – American Development Bank (IDB) aim to generate a 25% increase in revenue for over 150 mechanics, which directly impacts 15,000 low income inland dwellers

• Co-founded and managed solkomyo.org, a community-empowered social business in collaboration with social entrepreneurs, local organizations, Ashoka, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC)• Developed and replicated the value chain of a micro-consignment model in Haiti, by coaching local entrepreneurs to provide technological solutions, impacting over 50,000 people and generating a net economic impact of over US$1.5 million• Collaborated with Levi Strauss Foundation, Columbia Sportswear, and Grupo M to develop Corporate Social Responsibility programs focused on improving workers’ well-being for 7,000+ textile employees that includes a financial literacy program • Won first place and 50K at Levi Strauss & Co Employees Community Vote Competition in 2014 • Selected as one of the top 10 finalists at Ashoka Changemakers Competition - Fabric of change in 2016 organized by C&A Foundation and Ashoka

• Advised on the launch strategy for new Chapters in the Caribbean, integrated entrepreneurs into regional operations• Designed communication materials for local and international stakeholders

• Planned, created, and implemented the operational structure for a new portfolio of products• Researched and identified business growth opportunities, directly contributed to the doubling of total customers

• Analyzed macroeconomic data series to forecast which global trends have the greatest impact on the building service market for one of the world’s largest pump manufacturers.
