A year and a half ago, I decided to switch to the nonprofit sector. I had previously worked in very many cultural events across Romania in various roles- from PR and Media to negotiation and event management, thus acquiring quite a robust skill set which I am now using in fundraising. Having an innate ability to connect with people, and with communities, I decided to focus on building authentic relationships with each and every one of my partners.
