As a Senior Instructional Designer at Johns Hopkins University, I utilize my EdD degree and over 25 years of experience in education, encompassing K-12 and college teaching, instructional design, e-learning, and educational leadership. Additionally, I am a certified Quality Matters Higher Ed Peer Reviewer, a nationally recognized program for quality assurance in online education.My core competencies include program management, curriculum development, quality assurance, and universal design for learning. In my current role, I have developed and implemented online and hybrid courses for various programs and supported the professional development of faculty and staff in applying best practices and standards for online, onsite, and blended learning. I am proficient in using various e-learning tools and platforms, such as Canvas, Blackboard, and Adobe Creative Suite.
