As the College Recruiter and Relations Consultant for Zions Bancorporation, I oversee all college recruiting activities in our Utah and Idaho footprints. I'm responsible for designing and executing our strategic college recruitment plan plans by identifying target universities through multiple avenues of involvement, such as career fairs, campus interviews, student organizations, information sessions, banking panels, and other university relations. I manage the recruitment process for the Zions Internship and Banker Development programs from sourcing, application screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role requires excellent relationship-management and internal & external networking skills.

As an Assistant Director, I oversee operations of the Office of Orientation's First Year, Transfer, and Parent & Family Programs. This includes two population-specific peer mentor programs, four extended orientation programs, parent-specific orientation programs, a workshop series, and an academic honors society.

Picture Your First Year is a First-Year Seminar course that provides space for First-Year Students to explore and reflect on their first year of college through different artistic mediums including photography, painting, sketches, poetry, and more. In Picture Your First Year, I first-year students build community and reflect on a first-year that is completely unique. The goal of Picture Your First Year is to positively contribute to the retention and graduation of students at the University of Utah.
