Project manager to National Sales Managers. Maintains customer orders from time of purchase order placement to shipment of order to customer, ECommerce or Warehouse. Track customer orders through the customer orders portal and help guide customers with proposals, purchase orders, inbound items, ordering of labels for products and arranging shipping for final product. Work closely with procurement teams for packaging and ingredients needed for orders as well as customer supplied materials. Work with our label printing team to help manage, design, and printing of labels. Works with nutrition and R&D teams for new products alongside the National Sales Managers. Works with the Inventory team to help customers manage finished goods as well as customer supplied inventory. Work with the regulatory team for label review and exporting. Daily correspondence with customers about new product, order status, material and ingredient status. Send out samples of products, samples of packaging order management of labels for all customer products. Work within the Oracle, WMS, multiple Google sheets, production schedules and inventory systems

Sales coordinator to the sales team and admin asst to Colorado corporate office management. Work in Microsoft platform with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, Power Point, Publisher, and Outlook. Research opportunities for public construction project to bid on, download all necessary documents for bidding from several internet sites. Send project quotes to all companies bidding projects. Track bid results. Assist sales team with project documents such as project po’s, submittals, tax exempts, communication between customer and sales team and adding project details in computer for ordering. Assist credit department with lien waivers, credit disputes, and deposits. Coordinate annual charity golftournament and company events including registrations, donations, catering, and scheduling. Schedule meetings, interviews, training classes, maintain multiple calendars for sales team, conference, and training room reservations. Maintain/compile information and record for area managers and reports for corporate management. Manage employee expense reports.
