My name is Madalyn Willis, and I graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Professional Writing (English), specializing in digital and technological communications. I am excited to have joined CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting as a Communications Associate.During my time at Miami University, I was actively involved in campus activities, serving as the Social Events Chair for the Miami Shakerettes Dance Team and contributing as a writer for The Miami Student Magazine. Additionally, I designed the end-of-semester newsletter for Miami University's Dance Theatre, enhancing my communication and design abilities.I recently completed a valuable Marketing and Corporate Communications Internship at CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting. During this experience, I gained extensive insights into the clinical trial industry, managing content, crafting press releases, and conducting interviews with CTI employees.In fall 2022, I served as a Media Relations Intern at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center (CCHMC). This opportunity exposed me to the complexities of media relations, including creating media contacts lists, targeting and pitching experts, and tracking media coverage.
