North America Alpine Warranty Coordinator
Current- served as the main point of contact for all North America’s direct consumers and authorized dealers- strong experience in Salesforce- experience in efficiently handling a very high volume of cases- approving and denying warranty claims, remained in compliance with the company guidelines and maintaining good faith in the brand- experience using ERP software to process all external and internal warranties, returns, exchanges and the return of samples and demo equipment from internal accounts - credit memos/account reconciliation - developed and documented standard operating procedures for all after sales transaction processes- managed all parts inventory and forecasting future supply needs- controlled all returned and warrantied equipment, received, documented and re-allocated - coordinate with warehouse management, logistics team and with external third-party logistics vendors to ensure order fulfillment, tracking confirmation, and in resolving all reported shipping discrepancies - managing internal and external accounts, contemporaneously processing orders and after sales transactions while performing account reconciliations, redressing any discrepancies in account balances- working with dealer service reps to prioritize unfilled orders to ensure that resources are strategically allocated, reprioritizing when necessary and reallocating inventory to higher priority orders when necessary when appropriate- responsible for all north america equipment repairs and for sustaining in-depth understanding of equipment and technology and material used in them- analyzing defect data and interpreting correlative relationships between defects and consumer and environment variables - demonstrated how annual model modifications have led to consistent decreased in various defects - furthering education regarding new technology and following trends in style, equipment maintenance and equipment setup
