I am a conservationist at heart and a hands on entrepreneur by work. It has been my sincere effort through out my entrepreneurial career of last 25 years to marry the two. This has led me into my existing productline of expanded polystyrene which :- Conserves fragile and sensitive products when designed as packaging material.- Conserves energy bills as well as CO2 levels in our environment when used as thermal insulation in buildings.- Conserves environment and health of workers when used as lost foam patterns in Lost foam Casting system of ferrous/ nonferrous foundries.I am an expert with vast experience in the field of "​ Thermal Insulation "​ of buildings and "Energy Efficient Buildings"​During the calendar year 2017 we are in the process of growing our energy conservation objectives through two major product lines for the "​ Green Building Envelope" vertical:1) ICF : A highly energy efficient complete building envelope construction system. This system uses eps (expanded polystyrene) panels with male female jointing surfaces just like LEGO bricks and ABS(plastic) spacers separating and holding two walls of the panel. These panels are assembled to create the building envelope, vertical and horizontal steel placed inside as per structural requirements and concrete poured inside the panels for strength completing the envelope. The envelope surfaces both inside and outside are finished with polymer based cementitious coating which gives the outer and inner surface excellent impact and abrasion resistance along with freedom from cracks, damp and fungus and hence beautiful exterior with long life.2)EIFS: Externally insulated finishing system is an innovative system of thermally insulating and finishing (painting, decorating, designing) old and new buildings wherein you can add a lot of ornamental designer features to your building facade along with the insulation very economically.
