CurrentCustomize, Configure and Development of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for Client. Key Responsibilities:•Assessing subroutines and developing solutions using LIMS Basic and SQL queries for modules such as Batch Manager, Analysis Component Calculations. Additional responsibilities include configuring Batch Test Templates and Sample Login Templates and configuring Laboratory Reports using Crystal Reports 11.•Performing installation of Configuration Packages in validated and non-validated environment.• Support end users for critical application issues by debugging the LIMS tool.•Working with end users to resolve user issues, troubleshoot system errors. Develop solutions to user issues using out of the box configuration elements such as templates, custom LIMS Basic, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports. •Maintaining and monitoring Background Server and Schedulers.• Translate laboratory process to application specifications.•Work with Citrix, Windows and Database team to troubleshoot application server related issue•Managing Change Controls by reviewing design documents, drafting documentation defining existing issues and their resolutions, creating and executing FTS and IQ scripts, executing test scripts, and drafting defect reports. Additional responsibilities included defining and documenting user requirements and functional specifications.• Assist with configuration validation documentation for GxP application.• Provide Application training to Site Support team for QA Labs.• Provide support to end users to retrieve data from database by developing sql queries.Provide support for non GxP applications Lab Supply Store Management store systems.Key Responsibilites• Support end users for critical issues (registered in SNOW) with the applicaiton.• Provide access for end users to the application.• Co-ordinator for the ServiceSnow changes.• Played a Supporting role in the application decommissing activities.
