Currently at the helm of building Torrent Group’s new venture into Diagnostics as the VP- Marketing, following a 13year stint as Head - Customer Strategy and Business Head at Future Group – one of India’s foremost retail groups, with business across food, fashion, home verticals along with some of the most successful private brands.As the head of Customer strategy for the group, I was responsible for corporate marketing, brand building, customer acquisitions & engagement, reviving loss making markets, loyalty and membership programs and generating new revenue through analytics and insights. During my tenure at Future Group, as Business Head of Future Media, I built and ran profitably a unique business through monetization of group’s data and retail asset. My key strength lies in building successful businesses and brands from incubation and help them achieve a sustainable profitable growth. Identifying and building new opportunities basis consumer, market and data lead insight - be it in the field of marketing communication, brand building or new consumption is something I enjoy the most.
