My research fellowship is about building and integrating a robust farm-to-kitchen supply chain prioritizing local produce and sustainability for mass catering, the project seeks to provide healthy meals to students, enhancing their nutrition and academic performance. Simultaneously, the project serves as a vocational education resource, enhancing skills in sustainable food production and management, which supports economic development and job creation.

Government of Nepal launched ten years Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project (PMAMP) in 2016 A.D to boost up the productivity allocating the resources and technology by differentiating into super zones, zones and blocks. I was placed as an Agri-Intern in Mandarin Zone, Syangja as a part of final semester course in bachelors program of Agriculture of Agriculture and Forestry University. Responsibilities ==>Provide capacity building training to farmers group, co-operatives and enterprises==> Writing technical publications and preparing reports==>Visit and interview different value chain actor on mandarin sub-sector for research on “Economic Appraisal and Value Chain Analysis of Mandarin Sub-Sector on Syangja District.”==>Provide technical, commercial and financial advice and information to farmers on the project sites.
